Services<\/h2><p data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"889\">Vegas LED Rentals provides rental, delivery, installation, operation, and removal services for event technology and visual display products, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1076\"><li data-section-id=\"1tar7e9\" data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"908\">LED Video Walls<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1nvhg30\" data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"937\">Interactive Touch Displays<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1rsg9mu\" data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"953\">LED DJ Booths<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ightey\" data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"976\">Infinity LED Letters<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1kxhgzg\" data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"996\">Hologram Displays<\/li><li data-section-id=\"bzud52\" data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1022\">Gobo Projection Systems<\/li><li data-section-id=\"isk65e\" data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1040\">Digital Signage<\/li><li data-section-id=\"vczw0x\" data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1076\">Event Lighting and Visual Effects<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1143\">Availability of equipment is subject to inventory and scheduling.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1148\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"huuqb4\" data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1179\">2. Quotes and Reservations<\/h2><p data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1254\">All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.<\/p><p data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1307\">Equipment and event dates are not guaranteed until:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1440\"><li data-section-id=\"yx84lg\" data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1347\">A signed agreement has been received<\/li><li data-section-id=\"5823x\" data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1384\">Any required deposit has been paid<\/li><li data-section-id=\"jh68lr\" data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1440\">Vegas LED Rentals confirms the reservation in writing<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1500\">Inventory is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1505\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"l9ls5t\" data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1521\">3. Payments<\/h2><p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1569\">Payment terms may vary based on project scope.<\/p><p data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1595\">Unless otherwise stated:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1753\"><li data-section-id=\"1ys2f5p\" data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1654\">A deposit may be required to secure equipment and labor<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1vik44e\" data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1711\">Remaining balances are due prior to event installation<\/li><li data-section-id=\"35labr\" data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1753\">Late payments may incur additional fees<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1870\">Vegas LED Rentals reserves the right to withhold delivery, installation, or operation services for unpaid balances.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1875\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"st5fiz\" data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1896\">4. Cancellations<\/h2><p data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1949\">Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.<\/p><p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2098\">Custom graphics, special-order equipment, labor commitments, permits, and production expenses incurred prior to cancellation may be non-refundable.<\/p><p data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2168\">Deposits may be retained to offset scheduling and preparation costs.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2173\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"8nyst5\" data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2198\">5. Site Requirements<\/h2><p data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2239\">The client is responsible for ensuring:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2241\" data-end=\"2403\"><li data-section-id=\"1czc60w\" data-start=\"2241\" data-end=\"2270\">Adequate power is available<\/li><li data-section-id=\"c1h9qi\" data-start=\"2271\" data-end=\"2310\">Installation locations are accessible<\/li><li data-section-id=\"6e8w1h\" data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2349\">Venue permissions have been obtained<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1bsjm9j\" data-start=\"2350\" data-end=\"2403\">Structural requirements are approved when necessary<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2498\">Additional labor charges may apply if site conditions differ from those originally disclosed.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2503\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"101s9vf\" data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2535\">6. Equipment Responsibility<\/h2><p data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2617\">The client assumes responsibility for rented equipment during the rental period.<\/p><p data-start=\"2619\" data-end=\"2644\">The client agrees not to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2757\"><li data-section-id=\"1aebwwi\" data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2664\">Modify equipment<\/li><li data-section-id=\"qfkjtq\" data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2688\">Disassemble equipment<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1l80mum\" data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2726\">Relocate equipment without approval<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ov2mag\" data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2757\">Allow unauthorized operation<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2759\" data-end=\"2836\">The client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2907\"><li data-section-id=\"1qrvzd7\" data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2850\">Negligence<\/li><li data-section-id=\"16yqzew\" data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2858\">Abuse<\/li><li data-section-id=\"177wysj\" data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"2866\">Theft<\/li><li data-section-id=\"yl217z\" data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2878\">Vandalism<\/li><li data-section-id=\"g3h109\" data-start=\"2879\" data-end=\"2907\">Unauthorized modifications<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2909\" data-end=\"2942\">Normal wear and tear is excluded.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"2947\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"dcn9dj\" data-start=\"2949\" data-end=\"2980\">7. Delivery and Installation<\/h2><p data-start=\"2982\" data-end=\"3034\">Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3147\"><li data-section-id=\"i7mjdy\" data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3063\">Venue access restrictions<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1dpfi3p\" data-start=\"3064\" data-end=\"3084\">Traffic conditions<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1yl93ij\" data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3105\">Labor availability<\/li><li data-section-id=\"hvchps\" data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3126\">Weather conditions<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1jt490u\" data-start=\"3127\" data-end=\"3147\">Third-party delays<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3149\" data-end=\"3287\">Vegas LED Rentals will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled installation times but shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3292\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"sgspp2\" data-start=\"3294\" data-end=\"3313\">8. Event Content<\/h2><p data-start=\"3315\" data-end=\"3392\">Clients are solely responsible for the content displayed on rented equipment.<\/p><p data-start=\"3394\" data-end=\"3454\">Vegas LED Rentals reserves the right to refuse content that:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3456\" data-end=\"3596\"><li data-section-id=\"12hoj83\" data-start=\"3456\" data-end=\"3482\">Violates applicable laws<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1np09x\" data-start=\"3483\" data-end=\"3523\">Infringes intellectual property rights<\/li><li data-section-id=\"130otrt\" data-start=\"3524\" data-end=\"3566\">Contains defamatory or unlawful material<\/li><li data-section-id=\"u5l9go\" data-start=\"3567\" data-end=\"3596\">Promotes illegal activities<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3598\" data-end=\"3686\">The client warrants that it possesses all rights necessary to display submitted content.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3688\" data-end=\"3691\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"vj6kme\" data-start=\"3693\" data-end=\"3725\">9. Weather and Outdoor Events<\/h2><p data-start=\"3727\" data-end=\"3787\">Outdoor installations may be subject to weather limitations.<\/p><p data-start=\"3789\" data-end=\"3933\">For safety reasons, Vegas LED Rentals may suspend or remove equipment when weather conditions present a risk to personnel, guests, or equipment.<\/p><p data-start=\"3935\" data-end=\"3971\">This includes but is not limited to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3973\" data-end=\"4044\"><li data-section-id=\"5k2jep\" data-start=\"3973\" data-end=\"3985\">High winds<\/li><li data-section-id=\"e26ygv\" data-start=\"3986\" data-end=\"3998\">Heavy rain<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1pgr26w\" data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"4010\">Lightning<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1tu284m\" data-start=\"4011\" data-end=\"4021\">Flooding<\/li><li data-section-id=\"130a4qp\" data-start=\"4022\" data-end=\"4044\">Extreme temperatures<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4046\" data-end=\"4049\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"c8nilo\" data-start=\"4051\" data-end=\"4081\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p data-start=\"4083\" data-end=\"4125\">Vegas LED Rentals shall not be liable for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4127\" data-end=\"4296\"><li data-section-id=\"8pu9wp\" data-start=\"4127\" data-end=\"4141\">Lost profits<\/li><li data-section-id=\"11nbf11\" data-start=\"4142\" data-end=\"4171\">Lost business opportunities<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1wi27zu\" data-start=\"4172\" data-end=\"4190\">Indirect damages<\/li><li data-section-id=\"6lj4u3\" data-start=\"4191\" data-end=\"4214\">Consequential damages<\/li><li data-section-id=\"y08m2p\" data-start=\"4215\" data-end=\"4237\">Venue-related delays<\/li><li data-section-id=\"8oy62j\" data-start=\"4238\" data-end=\"4260\">Third-party failures<\/li><li data-section-id=\"99x8do\" data-start=\"4261\" data-end=\"4296\">Internet or network interruptions<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4298\" data-end=\"4410\">The maximum liability of Vegas LED Rentals shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable rental agreement.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4412\" data-end=\"4415\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1ltmcnx\" data-start=\"4417\" data-end=\"4449\">11. Photography and Marketing<\/h2><p data-start=\"4451\" data-end=\"4629\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vegas LED Rentals may photograph or record completed installations and events for portfolio, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.<\/p><p data-start=\"4631\" data-end=\"4694\">Clients may request exclusion in writing prior to installation.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4696\" data-end=\"4699\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"3fp1y\" data-start=\"4701\" data-end=\"4726\">12.
